The marinade works well on ribs too. I have used it for both styles of country ribs, the loin cuts and the shoulder cuts. Last time I cooked pork steaks, I marinated a slab of StL cut ribs along with the steaks. I also cooked a slab that was not marinated. My son said he liked the marinated ribs better. I still don't know if I want to try this a contest.......
