I was smoking a spacthcocked chicken when got called away for an urgent matter. The chicken was 152 in the breast at that time. Before I left, I placed the whole chicken in a pan, covered it and put it in the refrigerator.

My questions is, is it still safe to reheat and eat and if so, what would be the best method to reheat it?
