I'm going to be cooking for a church this weekend and would like some help on the quantities. I'm cooking the meat only. I'm going to start off with 4 packer briskets and make burnt ends from the cap. Also pork butts and those big tenderloins you get at Sam's are on the menu. With the 4 briskets, how many of the butts and loins should I cook. I'm thinking I'm going to need about a hundred pounds of raw meat total. I want to make sure I have enough, but don't want to waste the church's money. Thanks for your help.
