easy cause I have done it many times on my Webber OTG kettle as well .. main thing is use one side for heat and the other for the butt .. build a small fire and circle the outer edges of it with wood chips, hickory, oak, maple, mesquite or apple what ever you prefer .. the chips will smolder and give you that smokey flavor .. add a pan under the meat and after you placed the grate on, place one with water above the fire to give moisture .. set the vents and stick a thermometer in the top vent to monitor .. low and slow, add charcoal as needed .. bone should pull out and butt is done .. even better is to get the rotisserie attachment and that works even better .. good luck
