I have both a WSM and a charcoal off set Grill. I cook ribs, brisket, turkey, pork butts, and even veggies on my WSM. Steaks and chops and burgers get cooked on the offset. I go out in my Motor Home for weekends and a few 10 day trips. The WSM is too big to carry to campgrounds. I saw small smoker the other weekend called an “Old Smokey”. The web site looks good. It can smoke chickens, ribs, and small pork butts. Anyone ever used one of these? Any advice on another small smoker?
