Big Bob Gibson. Not those younger guys Don and Chris who have continued the tradition in a huge way, but the man himself. He started a famous resturant by cooking in his backyard. Few resturants can boast the longevity they have. Also put white sauce on the map. No.1 in my book.
All of the others listed deserve to be there too.
