15# Brisket

I have a 20x36 horizontal smoker. I am getting ready to smoke a 15# brisket. I've never done one this large. I have always used the 1 1/2 hr per pound rule of thumb. That would make this a 22 hour smoke. I'm concerned that is really too long and would really dry out the meat.

Any suggestions on how long to smoke this beast?
