I've had one since they have come out. Used it a couple times but for the wrong reason. All my big cuts of meat are done on my Lang or FEC100. I just use the WSM for chicken and I like that at 275. Maybe I will try a butt just to see what happens at 225 where I think it is built for.
One thing, make sure you get the adaptor so you can remove it when done or the heat from the coals will feed back through and melt the plastic fan.
