OK, I watched the video this morning (really early) and thought it sounded very good. So good in fact, that I got a couple of those frozen chicken breasts out of the freezer, thawed them, "pounded" them flat and thin and rolled up some fruit inside (raisins, craisins, onion, almonds). While I was playing around with the meat and stuffing, my Baby Stump's was heating up to 325. The breasts are in there now. I hope my quick adaptation is at least edible for lunch.
I'll let you know.
Next time, I might plan better and use more "traditional" fillings and larger turkey breasts. Gotta go to the store...
