I'm gonna smoke a small turkey just for the sake of smoking one. But a question comes to mind that I think I have the answer to any how. Is it best to brine or not brine. And if so, I'm looking for a good, no, the best brine recipe to use on a 8 pound bird. Anyone willing to help? Thanks in advance
