Good job Ray, and to echo #6 I NEVER stuff a bird. The only thing you get in my opinion is GREAT stuffing and an overcooked bird. If people insist on stuffig make sure the stuffing is precooked as far as the sausage and stuff goes and remember the stuffing STILL needs to get to a safe temp because of the raw bird juices it soaks in. BE SAFE!!
