Nothing Hybrid about it. For a 20 pounder figure closer to 4-5 hours. Shoot for an earlier done time and hold as described below. You DON"T want to hold everything and everyone else for the bird that isn't done....been there, don't go for that perfect timing thing, recipe for doom ;-(
