Tonight I took some of the best turkey I've ever made and eaten and put some in a garlic butter crescent roll the topped with a cornbread dressing then rolled up and baked. Topped with a turkey gravy my mother used to make. (Recently found her box of recipes of things I grew up enjoying). Made for one of.the best holiday leftover meals I have had! Added a side of a fresh cranberry relish I made, sweet potato casserole and what's called cracker dressing that my grandmother used to make for holidays. In a day or so I'm making little fried pies with leftover sweet potato casserole then tossing in cinnamon sugar.
