I have been foiling my ribs (even for home cooking) with the honey and stuff. Yesterday I did 3 slabs of baby backs on my WSM. I rubbed with Smokin Guns Sweet Heat. I cooked meet side up. I did not foil. I brushed with melted butter 2 different times throughout the cook. I liked them better than any ribs I have cooked in a long time. I think I'm done with the foil for a while.
