Turkey Tetrazinni was on my table last night and in the lunch container for today. Made stock with bones. Started the tetra. with frozen, smoked onions from the AR, toasted canned sliced mushrooms, added a couple of tablespoons of flour to make a roux. For liquid I used some of the turkey stock and a splash of sherry. Stir in some sour cream to lighten. Mixed with cooked angel hair pasta, lots of parmesan on top and bake until melty. Really yummy!
