After eating pulled pork gravy over some very good biscuits with fried pork loin on the side that was smoked the other day I put other half of loin brined and seasoned with a rub I like more for a roasted type pork on the Egg. Looking pretty and smelling kinda good out on the deck. Serving with roasted garlic smashed red skins later:)
