I am preparing a brine for smoked salmon that I first learned about on the is forum many years ago and that I make a few times every year and it occurred to me how much I have to thank this forum for, and therefore Ray for hosting this forum. Before this forum I had grilled and made a few bad attempts at bbq, but due to this forum I have have "standard" products that I make often, I have friends who I have met, I make good enough bbq to keep my family, friends and myself happy. I have started a bbq ministry at my church, I have in the past enjoyed the fun and work of cooking on a bbq team and so much more.
Thank you to all who over the years have added to my bbq education and thanks to Ray for hosting this forum over all these years.
