50 hours in water changed out every 6 hours, scrubbed the ham to remove salt, placed in water to cover. Added cloves and all spice, simmered for 2.75 hours, baked at 385 deg for one hour till the skin crisped up. Let cool and sliced off a piece from the end, great flavor and not to salty, will serve with some of those sweet hawaian rolls.
