Use mine all the time. It's a Wolfgang Puck model, got it as a gift one time. Don't know the actual manufacturer. It makes unbelievable stocks and soups. Throw in a whole chicken and some spices and veggies, cook it for about 30 minutes, pull the meat and add some noodles and its a quick dinner. I smoked a couple of hams the other day and left some meat on the shanks and threw them in the pressure cooker for about 40 minutes. It made some of the best stock I've ever made. Italian beef used to be an overnight affair, now its about 90 minutes with some seasonings and the liquid is nice and thick, great for spooning over the sandwich.
