Cooked some spares for a friend of mine, and he gave me the trimmings from the two slabs he wanted cooked. Now I could just keep in the freezer, or cook them up. Well, I want to cook them but don't want to just rub and smoke.
Can anyone give me any other ways to cook these two pieces of pork. Cook in butter, sauce? Just want to piddle today, and have a couple differt rubs I wanna try.
