After using foil for 15 years I am now foil free. Toss 'em on the grill and when they are tender pull them off. Once you learn how you can do awesome ribs in 2 hours on a weber kettle. Just gotta learn how to get them hot and slide them back and let the temp inside even out before putting them back on the hot side of the grill...It ain't rocket science, just gotta be one with the rib.
