I had been doing the foil, honey, brown sugar and butter on my ribs at home. A month or so ago, I cooked three slabs of baby backs on my WSM. I used Smokin' Guns Sweet Heat. No foil. I brushed with melted butter twice during the cook. I enjoyed those more than any ribs I've made in a long time.
