I think this is the one I have, the VariTilt Chef's Choice. It works reasonably well for home use, inlcuding hard salami, pastrami, roast beef. It cleans up reasonably well and quick. If you're going to make 2 or 4 sandwiches, or maybe slice down a single brisket or rib roast, this will do. If you have more volums then it may be too slow or small.
