He asked if anyone would use green cherry to cook with and I told him I wouldn't. I'm sure others have different opinions on green wood in general as well as using cherry as the only flavoring wood for everything. I like a little cherry as part of the flavoring wood when I cook poultry. Does anyone agree with me?
