I get my beef ribs from our local Hispanic Market. They ones they sell look more like the pic No. 3 (Flanken Style) in Ray's link. I gril them crock pot them and even braise them and then slow cook them in a Mexican Green sauce. Yum Yum! I get lots of meet a veggies at Hispanic Markets. They seem to have much fresher stuff than my local Big stores.
