We use a Cambro models 300 and 400. We often use the 400 model for contests, for it holds plenty. Both have performed very well over the years and keeps foods hot or cold for hours. They clean easily and are easy to access. We preheat ours for about 10-15 minutes before use with very hot water poured into an empty aluminum pan, set inside. There is a simular brand called a Carlisle, however we have never used one. We are very happy with our Cambros and have served 1000's of people using them, with not one problem.
