We love our Cambro and it has made competing so much easier. Highly recommend them. Check out Craigslist in your area to see if any are available on the cheap.
Oh Yeah, I totally agree with what Jake said on keeping that Cambro cracked a bit while resting meat. Helps the bark and usually doesn't allow for severe over cooking.
