Great information Hub but wanted to clarify the last paragraph a bit. The PORK will probably take 10 hours to cook (depending on size of butt etc.), an hour a pound, but the chicken will be done MUCH MUCH earlier. I would estimate that the chicken would only take 2-3 hours total cooking at that temperature, probably closer to 2. I would put the pork in the oven first and when it reaches a temperature of 170 you can put the chicken in. That way they will both be done around the same time.

Sorry Hub, the way it read above it sounded like the chicken would take 10 hours as well, just trying to clarify a bit.
