Soak your wings in Siracha with 10to20% Agave nectar for up to 24 hours for hot and 12 for milder. We use Head Country rub, their HC Hot as a glaze and smoke until done with your favorite flavor. Since the heat is in the meat, every bite intensifies. Might want some ice cream nearby.
