I put smoking guns sweet heat all over them. Smoke with cherry for 2.5 hours at about 250 degrees. Then mix half a jar of cattlemans and half bottle of tiger sauce with half jar of orange marmalade in sauce pan and heat up. I coat the wings and put them back on smoker for about 45 minutes on low heat. Oh man I'm headed to Costco.
