Got 10 pounds of rib trimmings on the smoker. Will pull the meat off, chop it up and remove the fat and cartlidge/grizzle stuff and use it it my BBQ pasta that I'll be making for our scout troop potluck on Scout Sunday.... This site sure ain't like it used to be..... Did enjoy the "What Makes Good BBQ" from a few days ago....
