After I looked at it from a cost standpoint, I thought my $34 prices were cheap. So I see where you are coming from. Those appetizers are killers. Expensive and very time consuming for the cook. I can do the meats and sides at 4x the costs. It's that add on stuff that drives the costs up. Someone needs to have a big check book, or cut back on what they expect. This menu is not a $5000 reception, not for 200 people.
