For the past few years, our local Costco's in Richmond, VA carried Swift & Co., loinbacks. I loved'em. They were very meaty and had a large (for loinbacks) meat pad on them. The trouble is that more recently, they've had Farmland, IBP or Kirkland (Costco's house brand). These are OK, but they're not as meaty as Swift & Co., had been IMHO.
