Biggest change Ive seen is the cost of cooking competition BBQ..
Most entry fees are higher than they used to be..
Cost increase for fuel it takes to travel to contest, be it judges or cooks..
Teams paying higher meat prices...

One of the things Ive always enjoyed about cooking competition BBQ is
on the day of the cookoff..it doesn't matter if your, rich, poor, young, old, black, white, handicapped, a Doctor, plumber, or truck driver...cook on a $20,000 dollar rig or a 55 gal drum
On the day of the cookoff..the field is leveled..you are all one thing...A BBQ Cook...and anybody can win..and more lose than win..
