Hey Old Friend! Dylan, I never posted that recipe, I sent it to you, Lee, Jazzy Joe and my family members in an e-mail back in January of 2002. For those who may not know of Noah's Ark, (not the one in the Bible), it was a restaurant on the outer road of I-70 in St. Charles, MO. Their clam chowder was the best and this recipe is supposed to be the clone. This recipe appeared in January 2, 2002 edition of the Kansas City Star.
Noah's Ark Clam Chowder
3 - 10 1/4 ounce cans of Campbells Cream of Potato
3 - 10 1/4 ounce cans of Campbells Cream of Celery
3 - 10 1/4 ounce cans of Campbells New England Clam Chowder
1 Quart - Half and Half
1 - 11 ounce can of minced clams, undrained
Notes and Cooking Instructions:
Do not dilute soups. Blend together soups, Half and Half, and clams in a saucepan. Heat, stirring frequently until steaming hot. Do not allow to boil. Blend in a little milk if thinner soup is desired. Serves 12.
