Had some good smoked ribs by a cook and I ask a lot of questions about smoking a brisket. I love brisket and want to cook one on an off set smoker. He told me a lot of info that I did not understand.
3-2-1 method and cooking to certain temperatures and using rubs. I did not remember and he was in a hurry to leave this good looking older woman. Could someone please help me with instructions on how to cook a brisket. I do so love them. Thank you Sunnie
