Found it at Krogers. Only the 2 of us so didn't want to try a big one from Sam's on the first try. Gonna do something with it tomorrow for sure- just don't know what. Was thinking I'd rub it and then smoke it till about 165 temp, foil it with beef broth and cook till about 195 and then let it rest for about an hour. Do you think it might be dry out or could this be editable. Thanks to all for their thoughts.
