I don't cook ICBA, but would imagine those folks that do might cook a whole chicken either way? Around the house I cook whole chickens brined on the PG500 grill, but don't do either way, sorta do the KISS(keep it simple stupid) method.... 275* until the last 30 minutes and then 325*...oh well!
