I don't do contests but.....that being said, I love both, probably lean towards beer can/butt at a higher pit temp, 300+ but, I REALLY like a good rotisserie chicken too. Soooo....if rotisserie was a choice I would be torn between that and beer can and spatchcock not far behind!
