Don: The brisket was not kosher, but a standard cryo product. Not all (or not even most) Seders are kosher, I would guess.

I have another friend who runs a restaurant, and he get kosher meat that we have BBQ'd. IMHO, the stuff he gets is NASTY... and the prices are astronomical! Another reason not to keep kosher!!! Anyway, good holidays to all.
