I hope its not completely inappropriate to ask a question about cooking ribs in the oven, but here goes:
I sometimes cook ribs in my conventional oven , 2 racks of Pork Backs are in for 3hrs at 300F.
If I want to do 4 racks instead of 2 (at the same time), do I need to increase my cooking time, assuming I want to keep the oven at 300F?
