I hope everyone had a great Easter. Thanks again to everyone for all the advice. Big Orange I ended up using the Chris Lilly recipe as you suggested and absolutely loved it (as did the family). The only thing I changed was no bbq sauce. I did mop with some apple juice a couple of times. I'm thinking about trying this for a contest (with the bbq sauce) sometime soon.
