I read a bunch of posts about brisket and followed the link posted by Ray. I bought a 12 pound packer Brisket, trimmed it, rubbed it, and put it on last night at midnight expecting it to take quite a long time. Long story short it reached a 205 temp, I pulled it, wrapped it, it is in a cooler but dinner today is at 4 and it is 10:45 in the morning here. How do I heat it up/keep it warm until then?
