Yeah I did some projects on BBQ awhile ago. I've been smoking pork only for a few years and its pretty good so today I started on brisket. At the restaurant I work at I smoke ribs, bacon, pork loin, salmon. Still trying to learn everyday. Going to work at distillery that is opening soon making whiskey. Hoping to use the old barrels for some good BBQ wood. How about you?
