So the judge who thinks a piece of pork that's been brined, rubbed, smoked, mopped and slathered with a sweet glaze is as good as that piece of meat can get: how do you plan to teach him/her to agree with you that it's too much stuff and not enough meat?
And I'm sorry, but the idea that a judge is going to give a great taste score to a perfectly cooked rib that he/she thinks tastes lousy, or worse - boring - is ridiculous.
