Was it in US or down South?
The article talks it up as if it's a very high-end meat down South.
Problem is on the supply side... only one processor, and the rest are being done on small family farms.
Would seem like an opportunity for US raising/harvesting... gotta get mike and his buds at the Iowa U on it.
