It has been a loooong time sice I've said this but....Who's up Q'en (a.k.a barbequing) tonight? I know it's Thursday but I've got tomorrow off and I just had to try out some new lump charcoal. So I decided to apply some "Pot Belly Pork Rub" to a loin back rib and put in the Kamado with a little cherry wood:) The smell outside is HEAVENLY!
