I cooked the butt in my 22 1/2" kettle, using a snake ring of charcoal, and two peach wood chunks, medium sized. It turned out fine. I wrapped it at 175 degrees and finished it in a 300-degree oven, cooking it to 200 degrees. Turned out fine ... glad I didn't use any more wood. Many thanks for the replies.
