Didn't even think about vacuum tumbler.
Having a vacuum tumbler would be great for any category.
Would think it would help the 4 primary meats as well as any others.
We have a small vacuum chamber that uses a hand pump but doesn't tumble except by me turning it around now and then.
I McIver'ed it and it works fine but has a small capacity. However it does make for better penetration of dry seasonings as well as wet.
If we ever get back into comps will get a real one with better capacity.
