maybe this will help:
rub & rewrap ribs place in cooler for at least 1 to 2 hours , so rub will soak into the meat
smoke 2 hours at 250 to 275 degrees.. cherry
wrap in foil with a mop of honey, butter, and sniracha or( butter and brown sugar both side)add a few oz of apple juice -- seal tight 250 to 270 degrees for 1.50 hours.
light sauce both sides during the next time step a couple of times....5 to .75 of a hour
